Frustrations

Greetings from your web master! This is the second installment of the Pettiscountypioneers blog. It was a week of frustrations and not a huge amount of progress. Spent 4 hours today reinstalling pages that were on the site until I had some “help” from a third party source. Everything should be in order, finally, with a few new additions.

The transcript of Dr. Alexander Brown to Elizabeth Brown Marshall should be added to the site tonight - cross your fingers. The contact me button should be in working order. It still needs a little work, but I’m getting there.

This week, I had email from ‘Elaine.’ She’s a descendant of Chathum Ewing Brown, a possible relation of the John Brown family, although not one of his many descendants. C. E. Brown lived near John Brown, on the border of Pettis Couty. He followed John Brown to Texas, and he and Dr. Alexander Brown were near neighbors. Elaine is working on land records and promises to share her information! When she shares with me, I will be sure to share with you.
